Soul Wellness: Day 94 Getting Closer to Your Heart, and Your Emotions and Your Love

One of the most important things in your spiritual journey will be to get closer to your heart, to get closer to your emotions and your love. Over the past few months I have been learning what it truly means to have an open heart, and to share my love with others. I can honestly say it has been very beautiful, and very painful. I’ve been going through some of the most intense spiritual tests and purification processes that I have ever been through in my spiritual journey. The more I understand about having my heart open, the more I cry because I realize what I have been missing in my life. What I have realized over the past few months is that I must learn how to show my true nature in order for my love to radiate to all souls. This is painful because it means I must let go of mind-sets, attitudes, beliefs, ego, attachments, to trust, and to surrender to the power of love.

The most important thing I have learned is that I must trust everything that is within me. Trust everything that I’m becoming. Trust in everything that I am. Trust my spiritual teacher, Master Zhi Gang Sha. Trust the Divine. Trust the Tao. Trust must be there in order for the heart to open more fully. Trust must be there in order to heal and transform your emotions. Trust must be there in order to connect to love. We can have very deep pain and hurt related to past lives that block us from fully trusting. In order to get closer to your heart, to your emotions and to love you must release these blockages.

The opening of the heart is possible for everyone. Developing your trust is also possible. Master Zhi Gang Sha says “I have the Soul Power to transform my consciousness and every aspect of my life and enlighten my soul, heart, mind and body.” This is a powerful statement because it means we have the power to transform all aspects of our life. The Soul Power Series empowers people to transform their lives. This is why I have dedicated my life to bringing these teachings to humanity.

Here is a powerful exercise you can do to help you to transform your blockages in order to get closer to your heart, to your emotions and to love. Enjoy!

Practice to Get Closer to Your Heart, to Your Emotions and Your Love

Body Power. Place your left palm over your Message Center (Heart Chakra in the middle of the chest). Place your right hand in prayer position.

Soul Power. Say, “Dear soul, mind and body of the Divine, I love you. Can you please sit in my Message Center? I’m so honored and appreciative. Thank you. Please open my heart, balance my emotions, and connect me to pure love. Thank you.”

Mind Power. Visualize a rainbow light ball rotating in your Message Center. Your whole body is radiating rainbow light from head to toe, skin to bone.

Sound Power. Chant silently or aloud:

Practice chanting for 15-30 minutes. In order to fully open your heart, have balanced emotions, and connect with the purest love in the universe you must have first inner love, peace and harmony. Once you have reached the level of having inner love, peace and harmony your love will radiate to all souls much more profoundly. You will transform those around you with the frequency and vibration that you radiate. Soul Wellness: Day 93 Total Trust – A Key to Your Spiritual Journey

A golden key that can transform your spiritual journey is Total Trust. I have learned that this is a very important key because it has helped to bless my spiritual journey with love and light. Total Trust has been the key to allow me to grow and to become stronger in my commitment to serve humanity, Mother Earth and all souls. Trust has helped me to stay connected to the Divine.

In the spiritual journey it is important to have Total Trust to your spiritual teacher and the Divine. A true spiritual teacher will help you to climb the stairs of heaven. You must have Total Trust to your teacher in order for him or her to help you climb those stairs, even when you do not fully understand. You must have trust that your teacher will guide and support you so that you are always growing. You must have Total Trust that the Divine will always bless, support, and guide you so that you pass all your spiritual tests, and purify your soul, heart, mind and body so that you climb the stairs of heaven. The key to remember is that Total Trust to your spiritual teacher represents Total Trust to the Divine.

Close your eyes right now. Check within yourself how much you trust your spiritual teacher. Say “Dear my soul, mind, heart and body, I love you. How much to you trust your spiritual teacher?” Listen to the answer with your heart. At the end say “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.” You can also bow your head gently nine times to show your appreciation. If you do not have a spiritual teacher and would like one you can say “Dear Divine, I love you. I’m ready to have a spiritual teacher in my life to guide and support my spiritual journey. Please reveal to me who my spiritual teacher is. Thank you.” At the end show your gratitude by bowing your head gently nine times.

If you have not reached a level of Total Trust it important to continue to purify and transform so that you can have a Total Trust. You will be blessed in all aspects of your life when you reach a state of Total Trust to your spiritual teacher and the Divine. Soul Wellness: Day 92 Unsquare Your Head – The Sixth Soul House

In order for a soul to reach advanced soul enlightenment it must fully align with the divine consciousness. When a soul is fully aligned with the divine consciousness, it becomes divine presence on Mother Earth. In order to reach this high level state your thinking, speech and actions must be aligned with divine consciousness. Your soul, heart, mind and body must have a strong connection and alignment with the divine consciousness. In the soul journey your consciousness is transformed at a very deep and profound level when the soul reaches the sixth soul house which is located at the level of the brain. People who have their souls sit in the sixth soul house are special servants of the Divine. They have reached a very high level soul standing that is difficult to achieve alone. It requires hundreds of lifetimes of unconditional service in order to have your soul sit in the sixth soul house. During the Mother Earth transition many people will have the opportunity to uplift their soul standing in heaven and have their souls reach advanced soul enlightenment in order to help save humanity during the Mother Earth transition.

In the sixth soul house the mind is purified very deeply. All negativities are purified to a deep level in order to align your soul, heart, mind and body with the divine consciousness. A high level spiritual being must have all their actions, thoughts and speech fully transformed to love and light. A soul’s ability to communicate with the soul world grows further when it reaches the sixth soul house. It gains access to high level teachings and wisdom from heaven in order to help transform the consciousness of humanity. A person is able to heal and rejuvenate their soul, heart, mind and body much more easily because it not blocked by negative mind-sets, attitudes, beliefs, ego and attachments. Negativity that blocks are life is transformed so that only divine love and light are present.

A soul goes through deep purification, spiritual testing, and transformation of the mind when it reaches the sixth soul house. A soul learns how to “unsquare their head” so that their mind has flexibility and be able to see the light at all times. It is purified to the level that allows the mind always to stand for the Divine. The brain is transformed so that is carries divine frequency and vibration. The brain influences every function of the body so when it is transformed to a higher frequency and vibration it is able to transform your soul, heart, mind and body. The brain reaches a level of divine presence which completely transforms its influence on the body. Your soul, heart, mind and body become more fully connected and aligned with the Divine when your soul reaches the sixth soul house.

Here is a power practice that you can do to help you to help you to develop your sixth soul house and to align your soul, heart, mind and body with the divine consciousness.

Practice to Develop the Sixth Soul House

Body Power. Place your both palms in your lower abdomen slightly below the navel area.

Soul Power. Say, “Dear soul, mind and body of my sixth soul house, I love you. You have the power to develop. You have the power to align my soul, heart, mind and body with the divine consciousness. Thank you.”

Mind Power. Visualize your golden light radiating in your first soul house, in the Hui Yin area (acupuncture point located between your genitals and anus). Keep your mind in the first soul house. Your sixth soul house will still receive the blessings by focusing on the first soul house.

Sound Power. Repeat silently or out loud:

I connect with the divine consciousness. My body soul communicates with all souls. My brain is filled with divine presence and light. Thank you.
