21 Days of Self-Love: Day 19 Relax with a Soul Massage

“Let my soul smile through my heart and my heart smile through my eyes, that I may scatter rich smiles in sad hearts.” ~Paramahansa Yogananda

Welcome to Day 19

Relax with a Soul Massage

In the spiritual and physical journey it is very important to relax. Relaxation is important for healing and transformation to occur at a very deep level. If you are always stressed or have tension the physical body is not able to heal deeply.

Stress and tension causes the energy to stagnate within the body. If the energy flow in your body is not in relative balance sickness can occur. A deep relaxed state allows energy to flow smoothly in the body promoting good health.

Relaxation is a golden key to be happier and healthier. It is a key to loving ourselves.

Do you want to know the secret to enter a deep relaxed state?

Soul massage is one of the most powerful ways to relax in order to allow your body to heal very deeply down to the cellular level.

Soul massage is an internal massage. All your organs, systems and cells of the body receive a deep massage. Your whole body enters a deep and relaxed state that allows your body to heal and rejuvenate. You can rejuvenate your body when you are relaxed because the cells of your body are able to breathe more fully. The cells of your body will be very happy and healthy when you are relaxed allowing them to rejuvenate.

Today I have made a special soul guided meditation to receive a soul massage. This is a treat for each of you who are doing the 21-Days of Self-Love.

Before you begin, it is best you go lie down in your bed and listen to the audio recording. This will give you the opportunity to truly relax and take a little vacation.

Listen now to the Soul Massage: Soul Guided Meditation

Today receive a Soul Massage and allow yourself to completely relax. Write down in your journal your experience of receiving a Soul Massage.

Enjoy your Soul Massage!

21 Days of Self-Love: Day 18 Understanding Yourself and Others

“I forgive you. You forgive me. Bring love, peace and harmony.” ~Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha

Welcome to Day 18

Understanding Yourself and Others

Today we are going to look deeper at how to understand ourselves and others more fully. In order to truly have self-love we have to understand the people who we are very close to. Very often the people we judge, criticize or have some negative feelings towards are a reflection of what is going on within us.

To understand yourself and others, and to accept yourself is a golden key to self love. Today I lead a beautiful practice on how to understand someone who you have challenges with in your life. It will help you to understand this person so you can love and appreciate them in a new way.

Listen now to today’s Blog Talk Radio podcast on 21-Days of Self-Love: Understanding Yourself & Others.

Today in your journal write down your experience doing the practice for understanding yourself and others. Share your experiences with others on how the 21-Days of Self-Love has transformed your life. Thank you the beautiful soul who took today’s white flower.

I love you all.

“A joyful heart is the inevitable result of a heart burning with love.” ~Mother Teresa

Welcome to Day 16

Open Heart & Soul

Today we will learn how to go into the condition to open our heart and soul. If our heart and soul is closed you will experience blockages in loving yourself and loving our family, friends, humanity and all souls.

To open your heart and soul is to remove to remove the soul mind body blockages that prevent you from loving unconditionally yourself and all souls.

If you have self-love you will have confidence in everything that you are doing, accept yourself, have no doubt, and you will not judge yourself. Transforming these blockages are important in achieving self-love. I also wish to thank Marie-Louise for the beautiful picture for today.

21 Days of Self-Love: Day 15 How to Heal Anger

“Kindness in words creates confidence. Kindness in thinking creates profoundness. Kindness in giving creates love.” ~Lao Tzu

Welcome to Day 15

How to Heal Anger

Today we will go within and feel the anger that is blocking us from going into the condition of self-love. It is important that we look deep within ourselves and to be honest with how we feel. Understanding our emotions and transforming them will allow us to connect deeply to self-love.

Anger is like a powerful force that can cause very big harm to us and others. This inner power can be transformed to kindness to create very beautiful things in every aspect of our life. Transforming our anger to kindness will help us to connect more deeply to ourselves and to unconditional love.

You may have noticed that when you get angry your body gets very hot and vibrates. Anger causes your cells to vibrate very fast creating extra energy in your liver and throughout your body. Over a longer period of time the excess energy may block the energy channels and your body will begin to experience sickness or emotional imbalance.

Transforming our anger to kindness will heal our body, balance our emotions, and bring greater love and happiness to our lives.

Today we will do a soul guided meditation to go deep within ourselves and feel our pain and anger. We will go to the root issue why we have it, and to transform it.

Listen now to the Loving Kindness: Soul Guided Meditation.

In your journal record your experience doing the soul guided meditation, and write down your feelings and if you discovered anything that is connected with your emotions.

With the greatest love,

Master Francisco

21 Days of Self-Love: Day 14 How to Heal Childhood Wounds

“Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.” ~Pablo Picasso

Welcome to Day 14

How to Heal Childhood Wounds

Today we are going to look at our childhood wounds. Over the last few years I have realized that many people have childhood pain that is causing suffering in their life. Childhood wounds are connected with self-love.

The suffering and pain that we experience as children can create blockages that prevent us from being happy and healthy. If we are hurt as a child by someone that we trust and love it can leave a negative memory or negative imprint on our soul, heart, mind and body. The pain that we experience can cause us to lose faith in the Divine, lose confidence in ourselves, shut down emotionally or to close our hearts.

This negative experience can create a blockage in our life limiting or preventing us from deeply connecting to love and the Divine. To heal deeply we must release these blockages if we have suffered from them.

Today I will walk you through a soul guided meditation that can help you to discover blockages you experienced as a child, and how to heal and transform them.

Listen now to the How to Heal Childhood Wounds: Soul Guided Meditation.

Today listen to the soul guided meditation to help you to discover your childhood wounds that are blocking you. Write down in your journal your experience during the mediation and any insights you have about your childhood. I love you all. Thank you Marie-Louise for the beautiful flower picture.

With the greatest love,

Master Francisco
