Soul Wellness: Day 44 The Key to Developing Your Heart to Serve Humanity

“Together we serve humanity and all souls in all universes unconditionally.” ~ Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha

Today it is time to check your commitment to serve humanity. It is very important in the spiritual journey to check your heart and see how dedicated you are to offering service to humanity.

In the spiritual journey one of the most important things to have within your heart is a strong and solid dedication to serve others. If your heart is firm in wanting to offer service to humanity your spiritual journey will be much smoother. All aspects of your life will be happier and healthier if your commitment to serve is solid.

Check right now how solid your dedication to serve humanity is.

Place your left palm over your heart. Place your right hand in your lower abdomen.

Close your eyes and look into your heart. Now ask your soul the following question “Dear my body soul, I love you. Are you committed to offer service to others 100%?” Listen with your heart and be very honest with yourself.

If you heard a “yes,” that is great. If you heard a “no,” you have some work to do if you are serious about your spiritual journey. If you heard a “no,” you can ask the Divine for guidance “Dear soul, mind and body of the Divine, I love you. What fear do I have at this time that is blocking me from serving more? Thank you.” Listen with your heart. You may discover a fear that you have that is blocking your spiritual journey.

Transform your fear right now about serving more. It is ok if you have fear, many of us have fear. I remember one time that I had fear about dedicating myself to offering service 100% of my time. I asked my spiritual teacher for help and to understand further. I received a blessing and teaching. I’m now more committed in my heart to offer service. The minute that I made a commitment to serve more, I actually felt some pain in my heart release.

My heart opened more. This will also happen with you each time you dedicate yourself more to helping others. I am still growing and my dedication is getting stronger in my spiritual journey. We all take one step at a time. When you are ready your heart will begin to get stronger because your commitment to serve will grow.

Each one of us can serve more. Each one of us can put our heart more to serve. We can all try harder to help others to relieve their suffering. Sincerely check yourself to see if you have put your heart to serve. My best role model is my spiritual teacher, Master Zhi Gang Sha.

I have seen him work long hours to help others who are suffering and need help. I have seen him end a workshop late in the evening, and go to his room to continue to work and offer healing to people around the world. I have seen him go to bed in the early morning when he is traveling in order to help people around the world.

His soul, heart, mind and body are always focusing on how to help others. In my eyes, he demonstrates someone who is 100% committed to offering service to humanity. He is a good role model for us to reach this level of commitment within our heart.

Many of the top saints throughout history had a solid commitment in their heart to serve humanity, their hearts where unshakable. Jesus, Mother Mary, Quan Yin (Goddess of Compassion), and Shi Jia Mo Ni Fuo (historical buddha) all were great examples of people who had a firm desire to serve humanity unconditionally.

Each of them was willing to give their life to serve others to make them happier and healthier. They all did the Divine’s work with love, care and compassion without every complaining. They all gave up normal life in order to dedicate their life to serve others. In our spiritual journey we can use them as examples of the people who have shown great dedication to offer service.

If you are strong in your commitment to serve, the Divine will bless your spiritual journey. The Divine will uplift your soul standing in heaven to empower you to serve more. Release your fear of offering service at this time. Be strong. Your soul will appreciate it at the end of your spiritual journey.

Soul Wellness: Day 43 Complaining Burns Your Good Virtue

In order to be happier and healthier it is very important to stop complaining. Complaining is one of the fastest ways to burn your good virtue. Every time you complain you are giving away your good virtue. Every time you complain it is like giving away $100 dollars. If you constantly complain you can easily give away $1,000 dollars in one day. Can you afford to give away $1,000 a day? Most of us can’t afford to give away $1,000 a day. Most of us can’t afford to give our virtue away by complaining, but yet many people continue to do it daily.

What is complaining? Complaining is negative thinking. It is related to negative mind-sets, attitudes, beliefs, ego and attachments. Complaining is like saying to the Divine that you are not pleased with the life he has given you. It is a lack of trust and appreciation for the blessings in your life. Complaining is a disconnection from the Divine and love.

Why is it important to stop complaining? Your speech carries power. Words carry power. A spoken or written word carries a message. Message is soul. The message can transform your life to be happier and healthier if it’s positive. The message can harm your life if it is negative. As your soul grows and develops the power of your speech and words also increases. This is why it’s very important to be very careful with your speech in your spiritual journey.

How to stop complaining? One of the most powerful ways to transform your negative thinking is to observe yourself. Be like a watchful cat or hawk and catch yourself in the act of complaining. The minute that you realize that you are complaining say “Dear Divine I’m sorry for complaining. Please forgive me. Thank you.” Say this every time that you catch yourself complaining or have negative thinking. Many people who start apologizing for their complaining or negative thinking find themselves apologizing every other minute. Be patient. Do not judge yourself. It is ok. You are in the process of transforming. Over time you will notice that you will not have to apologize to the Divine as often. You will slowly transform your negative thinking and will one day find yourself being more positive and have a healthier outlook on your life.

You can also apply Soul Power to transform your negative thinking and complaining. Here is a powerful practice that you can do to assist you in the process of transformation and developing your soul.
