In the process of creating something new in your life, you may have to make some changes. Changes can sometimes cause you or those around you to get emotionally imbalanced. It is very common when making positive changes in your life to experience anxiety.


The anxiety in your heart, can feel like the knot in your stomach, or fear of what may happen. You can also experience sadness for the things you need to let go, or worry about the future. If we can balance our emotions we will be able to move forward in creating and manifesting new possibilities.


We also need to be aware that those around us may also experience emotions during the transition. Give people the space and help them during the time you are making changes in your life. Instead of getting upset or angry with them, send them love and compassion to help them transform quickly so they can support your growth and journey.
