One of the most important things we need to do to create new possibilities in our life is to first let go of the old. The old can be painful memories when we were hurt by someone, or a time that you felt like you failed at something, or the pain of a broken relationship, or the pain of losing a job, or more. These old memories can create blockages in your soul, heart, mind and body preventing us from moving forward.


Negative memories are the things of the past that need healing and transformation. They can affect any aspect of our life. A negative memory is like trauma to the soul causing us to lose our courage, or confidence to move forward in life. They are heavy negative messages imprinted on your soul causing us to feel energetically heavy.
