How to Heal Anger
Today we will go within and feel the anger that is blocking us from going into the condition of self-love. It is important that we look deep within ourselves and to be honest with how we feel. Understanding our emotions and transforming them will allow us to connect deeply to self-love.
Anger is like a powerful force that can cause very big harm to us and others. This inner power can be transformed to kindness to create very beautiful things in every aspect of our life. Transforming our anger to kindness will help us to connect more deeply to ourselves and to unconditional love.
You may have noticed that when you get angry your body gets very hot and vibrates. Anger causes your cells to vibrate very fast creating extra energy in your liver and throughout your body. Over a longer period of time the excess energy may block the energy channels and your body will begin to experience sickness or emotional imbalance.
Transforming our anger to kindness will heal our body, balance our emotions, and bring greater love and happiness to our lives.
Today we will do a soul guided meditation to go deep within ourselves and feel our pain and anger. We will go to the root issue why we have it, and to transform it.
