Today during the Soul Healing Week in Frankfurt, Germany many students requested that I teach them a practice to balance their emotions. It is important to balance our emotions in order to have happier and healthier lives. The key to balancing the emotions is to heal the Message Center (Heart Chakra in the middle of the chest) and the five major organs of the body (liver, heart, spleen, lungs and kidneys). Here are the two powerful practices I did with the students.

For overall emotional balance it is best to heal the Message Center. The Message Center is the emotional center, love center, forgiveness center, transformation center, soul communication center, and soul enlightenment center. If you heal and purify the Message Center you will balance all your emotions. For overall emotional well-being I highly recommend a practice for healing the Message Center.

Practice to for Overall Emotional Well Being

Body Power. Place your left palm over your Message Center (Heart Chakra in the middle of the chest). Place your right hand in prayer position.

Soul Power. Say, “Dear soul, mind and body of God’s Light, I love you. Please balance my emotions. I’m so honored and appreciative. Thank you. Dear soul, mind and body of my Message Center. You have the power to heal yourself. You have the power to balance my emotions. I’m so honored and appreciative. Thank you.”

Mind Power. Visualize a golden light ball in your Message Center.

Sound Power. Chant God’s Light out loud:

God’s light
God’s light
God’s light
God’s light
God’s light

Chant for about 10-15 minutes. Completely relax and feel God’s love and light. Surrender to God’s love. Feel your Message Center open widely. Visualize golden light purifying your Message Center.

After a few minutes of chanting God’s Light you can then go into the second practice. The second practice involves healing the five major organs the body. Each major organ is connected with an emotion according to traditional Chinese medicine. The liver is connected with anger. The heart is connected with anxiety and depression. The spleen is connected with worry. The lungs are connected with grief and sorry. The kidneys are connected with fear. If you heal the five major organs you can quickly transform emotional imbalances.

Practice to Balance the Emotions

Body Power. Place your left palm over your lower abdomen. Place your right hand over your liver. Do Soul Tapping on your liver. Tap the area of your liver repeatedly.

Soul Power. Say, “Dear soul, mind and body of my hands and golden light, I love you. Please heal my liver, heart, spleen, lungs and kidneys. Please balance my emotions including my anger, anxiety, depression, worry, sadness, grief, and fear. I’m honored and appreciative. Thank you.”

Mind Power. Visualize golden light radiating in your liver.

Sound Power. Chant repeatedly out loud:

Golden light

Now, place your right hand over your heart and do Soul Tapping on your heart. Visualize your heart radiating golden light. Continue to chant:

Golden light

Continue to do Soul Tapping on the spleen, lungs and kidneys. Visualize golden light in the organs shining brightly. Spend about 2-3 doing Soul Tapping for each of the five major organs.

This is a simple and powerful practice that you can do to balance the emotions. If you suffer from emotional imbalances I recommend that you practice daily for 30-minutes.

Today practice balancing your emotions. In your journal write down your experience and insights into which emotions you may have out of balance.
