It is very important to remain grounded during times of chaos and disaster. During the Mother Earth transition we will experience many times situations that will be unstable and may even feel chaotic. We need to learn powerful and simple techniques to help us to remain grounded. We are able to make better decisions and to help others more powerfully during time of need when we are grounded. Our heart is solid, our emotions are balanced, and we have energy, stamina and vitality to make others happier and healthier when we are grounded. We can offer greater service to humanity when we are grounded.

How do we stay grounded when there is chaos in our life? The key to remain grounded when things around you are chaotic is to make sure the core energy of your body is strong and powerful. The core energy of the body is located in your lower abdomen, just below the navel and in the center of the body. This area of the body must be full of energy in order to be able to remain grounded when things around you are in disarray.

Everyday we face challenges in our life that can get us out of balance. If we are strong in our core and our heart is firm we will not be shaken even when things are not going as planned. We need to be strong and firm when things are in chaos in our life in order to be able to offer greater service to others. If we allow others to get us out of balance we will not be able to be powerful servants.

Today I want to share with you several things that I do that help me to remain grounded in order to remain in the condition of offering service to others. Here are some things that I do when I feel like a lot of things are going on around me or when things seem to be out of balance or chaotic:

1. Check your liver. If you feel anger or irritation in your liver take a few minutes to release the anger. You can chant “Jiao” and do Soul Tapping on your liver. Visualize the anger dissipating from your liver. Recognize that you are angry, and tell your soul “Ok, I’m angry now. I need to make sure I don’t allow my anger to cause any harm to anyone at this time.” Simply acknowledging that you are feeling angry you have a greater opportunity to transform it.

2. Check your heart. Is your heart at peace? If your heart does not feel at peace it can mean that you have a blockage. Go into your heart silently. Feel your heart. Is it strong and solid? Is your heart at peace? If you do not feel peace in your heart take a minute to allow love and peace to fill your heart. Close your eyes. Place one palm over your heart and simply chant “Love” or “Peace.” Visualize your heart filling up with golden liquid light that carries love, peace and harmony. This is a simple method that you can do to help you very quickly be in the condition of peace.

3. Fill your core with energy to ground yourself. Take a minute to do the meditation below to help you fill your core with energy to keep you grounded. It only takes a few minutes to ground yourself.

Meditation to Ground Yourself

Place both palms in your lower abdomen. Close your eyes. Completely relax. Take a few deep breaths into your lower abdomen. Relax your head, relax your eyes, your teeth, your jaw, and your neck. Relax your shoulders, and your spinal column. Relax your arms and hands. Relax you hips, your legs, your knees, and your feet. Completely relax.

Place your mind in your lower abdomen, in the center of your body. Visualize a beautiful golden light ball in the core of your body. It’s radiating golden light 360 degrees. Radiating light! Radiating light! Radiating light! Golden light! Golden light! Golden light! Light! Light! Light! Your entire abdomen is filled with golden light. Your abdomen is strong and full of energy.

Visualize with your Third Eye the core of Mother Earth. Visualize that Mother Earth is nourishing you with golden liquid light. She is nourishing you with nectar. The liquid light comes from the core of Mother Earth and goes up from the bottom of your feet, up your legs, to your lower abdomen. The liquid light is filling up your lower abdomen with nectar that is nourishing your abdomen. Your abdomen is filling up with liquid light. The light is shining bright. The liquid light goes up. Up! Up! Up! The liquid light travels from the core of Mother Earth, up your feet to your lower abdomen. Your whole body is getting stronger and is well grounded. We are now going to chant Mother Earth to show our gratitude for the nourishment she offers us.

Now with your Third Eye, look up to Heaven. Visualize that Heaven opens up and you see liquid light coming from Heaven through the top of your crown, down to your lower abdomen. Heaven is nourishing your lower abdomen with heaven’s nectar. Beautiful liquid light is pouring in from Heaven from the crown of your head down to your lower abdomen. Your body is getting stronger. It is getting brighter and brighter. You are well grounded. We are now going to chant Heaven’s Nectar to show our gratitude for the nourishment Heaven offers us.

Visualize your entire abdomen filled with Mother Earth’s and Heaven’s nectar. Liquid light fills your entire abdomen. You are well grounded in your core. You are balanced. All the energy in your soul, heart, mind and body is well balanced and grounded in your abdomen. Your emotions are balanced. You have peace in your heart. You are extremely blessed.

Breathe into your lower abdomen now. Breathe. Breathe. Breathe. Take three deep breathes into your lower abdomen. Tell your soul, mind and body “You are grounded! You are grounded! You are grounded! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!” Open your eyes and feel the deep connection with Mother Earth with your abdomen.

Today practice the exercises for grounding yourself. It’s important to practice daily whenever you feel slightly out of balance. In time you will be able to ground yourself in just a few minutes. At first it may take you 10-30 minutes, or longer. Be patient. In time you will be able to do it in 30 seconds. In your journal write down your experience.
