In the physical and spiritual journey it is very important that you learn how to boost your energy. In today’s modern society people often struggle with fatigue, burnout and low energy. We are often working, working, and working until we get burned out.

In Frankfurt, which is known as the financial center of Europe, I often meet many financial officers and managers who come to me who are experiencing burn out. It is very painful to see these young men and women who have no more energy to live normal lives. Low energy can affect every aspect of your life including your health and relationships.

Energy is vital for all aspects of life. We need a strong reservoir of energy in the body so that we can lead a long and healthy life. We need energy to rejuvenate our body. If we have a strong foundation of energy we will look and feel younger. Spiritually, it is also important to develop your energy because it will form the foundation for the energy centers and spiritual channels. A strong foundation of energy will help you to increase your frequency and vibration so that your soul, heart, mind and body radiate pure love and light out to humanity.

During my last meditation weekend many students wanted to learn how to boost their energy, stamina, vitality and immunity. I lead them through a very powerful practice that I hope you will enjoy. In order to fully understand this practice you need to learn about two important energy centers of the body that form the foundation energy of the body.

The foundation energy centers are the Lower Dan Tian and Snow Mountain Area (also known as the Kundalini).

The Lower Dan Tian is one of the most important energy centers of the body. It contains a large reservoir of energy that nourishes the whole body. I like to think of it like a rechargeable battery. You can always fill it up with universal energy to provide energy for your whole body.

You will be happier and healthier when this energy center is very strong. The Lower Dan Tian is located about 1 ½” below the belly button, and 2 ½” inside the body. It’s about the size of a fist. This is a key energy center for energy, stamina, vitality and immunity. It is the foundation energy center of the body.

The second foundation energy center is called the Snow Mountain Area. This energy center is also known to yogis as the as the Kundalini, and to traditional Chinese medicine practitioners as the Ming Men Area (Gate of Life). It is located at the base of the spine in front of the tailbone. The energy of the Snow Mountain area rises up the body to nourish the kidneys, brain and Third Eye. It is a key energy center for long life.

We are now ready to begin the practice. First it is important to sit up straight with your back away from your chair, or you can stand for this practice. This will allow energy to flow smoothly in your body. Let us start.

Practice for Boosting Energy

Body Power. Place on palm over your Lower Dan Tian in your lower abdomen below the belly button. Place your other palm over your Snow Mountain Area behind your belly button along the spinal column.

Soul Power. Say, “Dear soul, mind and body of the Divine, and universal light, I love you. Please boost my energy in my Lower Dan Tian and Snow Mountain Area. Thank you.”

Mind and Sound Power.

Visualize in your Lower Dan Tian a beautiful golden light ball. It is radiating light.

Golden light! Golden light! Golden light!

Radiating! Radiating! Radiating!

Vibrating! Vibrating!

Your Lower Dan Tian is strong, and full of energy.

Light is radiating.

Light! Light! Light! Light! Light!

Then, with your mind move the golden light ball in your Lower Dan Tian to your Snow Mountain Area. Visualize the ball going from the front of your body to the back. Push it back to the front of the tailbone. Go back. Go back. Go back. There you go…visualize it moving to the front of the tailbone.

The golden light ball is radiating light nourishing and developing your Snow Mountain Area.

Golden light! Golden light! Golden light!

Radiating! Radiating! Radiating!

Vibrating! Vibrating!

Your Snow Mountain Area is strong, and full of energy.

Light is radiating.

Light! Light! Light! Light! Light!

Now, visualize the golden light ball moving back to the Lower Dan. Move it back to the Lower Dan Tian.

It’s radiating light.

Golden light. Golden light. Golden light.

Radiating. Radiating. Radiating.

Move it back to the Snow Mountain Area again. It’s now radiating in your Snow Mountain Area.

Radiating. Radiating. Radiating.

Golden light. Golden light. Golden light.

I love my Snow Mountain Area. I love my Snow Mountain Area. I love my Snow Mountain Area.

We are going to go faster now. The golden light ball is moving back and forth between the Lower Dan Tian and Snow Mountain Area. Back and forth. Nourishing and developing the foundation energy centers. Back and forth.

Golden light. Golden light. Golden light.

Radiating. Radiating. Radiating.

Vibrating. Vibrating. Vibrating.

Your Lower Dan Tian and Snow Mountain Area are full of energy. Wow!

Visualize one BIG Golden Light Ball is forming in your lower abdomen. The golden light ball fills your entire abdomen. It is one BIG Golden Light Ball that includes the Lower Dan Tian, Snow Mountain Area, and your entire abdomen.

One big golden light ball is rotating in your lower abdomen.

It’s radiating golden light.

Golden light. Golden light. Golden light.

Radiating. Radiating. Radiating.

Vibrating. Vibrating. Vibrating.

Boost energy. Boost energy. Boost energy.

Universal light comes from the universe to boost the golden light ball in your abdomen. It fills with energy.

Breathe deep into your lower abdomen.

Close the practice by saying “Hao. Hao. Hao. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.”

This is a powerful exercise that you can do to develop the energy in your Lower Dan Tian and Snow Mountain Area. Practice for 10-30 minutes each day to boost your energy, stamina, vitality and immunity. If you practice daily you may discover in a few weeks that you have more energy throughout the day. You may find yourself happier and healthier.

Today practice the exercise and write down your experience in your journal.
