Soul Wellness: Day 29 Stop the Gossip – How to Transform What You Say?
I’m on the Deutsche Bahn train right now traveling from Frankfurt, Germany to Utrecht, Netherlands. The landscape is always so beautiful to observe. The green rolling hills, the castles, and small villages always look picture perfect.
Riding the train is always a wonderful way to see the beautiful landscape of Europe. Today I had the opportunity to sit next to two ladies who are gossiping…oh my ears. I’m trying to decide if I should move to another seat, but the train is very full today.
What happens when we gossip about others? What happens when our speech is harming others?
You would be surprised how much harm we can cause others with our speech. We are also harming ourselves spiritually and physically when we gossip about others or use speech that harms others.
If what we say is helping others to be happier and healthier we are creating good karma.
If what we say is harming others we are creating bad karma.
It is very important that we learn how to heal, transform and uplift others with our speech. This is very important in our spiritual journey.
Let me share with you what I see with my Third Eye with these two ladies gossiping. Every time I hear them gossiping about someone I can see a stream of black dots coming from above and into their Message Center, heart and other parts of their bodies.
The black stream of dots is bad karma. Over the past hour I think they have accumulated a significant amount of black dots. Spiritually, they are creating bad karma. Heaven will give them a lesson to learn as appropriate for the unpleasant service they are offering today.
It does not end there. The frequency and vibration of their soul, heart, mind and body have dramatically lowered over the past hour. I can see the souls of their organs, systems and cells all becoming gray and sad. Every cell of their body is being affected.
I wonder what will happen if they where to gossip for many years…the organs, systems and cells of the body will be very unhappy that may lead to sickness. Wow! I have a greater understanding now how our speech not only harms others, but harms us as well.
The harm goes further than this. I can see with my Third Eye the souls of the people they are gossiping about around them. These souls are very sad. Their souls are also lowering in frequency and vibration. It looks like the gossiping is creating a gray cloud around them. It is dampening their souls.
The negative message carried by each word is affecting the souls of the people they are gossiping about, but also affecting the two ladies. This is how we harm others with our speech. Our words carry a message that can either bless people or harm people. Be careful what you say!
It is important in the spiritual journey to purify and transform what you say because your soul standing affects the power of your words. If you have a high soul standing in heaven the frequency and vibration of your speech can bless people beyond words.
The opposite is also true. Your speech can also cause great harm to others if you are not careful. All our spiritual fathers and mothers throughout history where known to use words that spread kindness, love, compassion, and forgiveness. Our spiritual fathers and mother throughout history created Soul Healing Miracles with the power of their words. We need to remind ourselves to be more like them on a daily basis.
How to you transform what you say?
You observe and check yourself daily! Everyday (or three times a day) check yourself. Did you gossip about someone? Did you say something that harmed someone? Did you yell at your son, daughter, husband or wife?
At the end of the day you can ask for forgiveness for using your speech in a wrong way. You can ask for forgiveness by saying “Dear soul, mind and body of everyone that I hurt today with my speech, I love you. I sincerely apologize for any harm that I have caused you. Please forgive me. Thank you.”
Chant God’s Light for 10-30 minutes.
Visualize all the souls you have harmed with your speech being blessed by the Divine. You can do this on a daily basis to help transform your speech and to self-clear your karma for the harm you have caused others.
One of the most powerful ways to transform your speech is to transform it instantly. Observe yourself. The minute that you find yourself gossiping about someone or saying something unpleasant, stop. Apologize for harming another soul with your speech and chant God’s Light or Soul Language (if you are familiar with it). Chant for a few seconds or minutes until you feel you are ready to only use words of kindness and filled with love.
At first you may find that you have to stop a lot…possibly every other minute. Forgive yourself for making mistakes. Be patient. Over time you will find that your speech will slowly transform and that in a few months you are no longer using the same words as before. Your words will be filled with love and light. Let us now do a practice to purify your soul, heart, mind and body so that our speech is also pure.
Practice to Purify Your Speech
Body Power. Place your left palm over your heart. Place your right hand in prayer position.
Soul Power. Say, “Dear soul, mind and body of the Divine, of God Gives His Heart to Me, I love you. I’m so honored and appreciative. Please purify my soul, heart, mind and body. Please transform my speech so that it is filled with words of love, care and compassion. Thank you.”
Mind Power. Visualize your heart radiating golden light. Visualize God’s heart is melding with your heart.
Sound Power. Chant the Divine Soul Song of God Gives His Heart to Me for 10-30 minutes, the longer the better.
God Gives His Heart to Me
God Gives His Love to Me
My Heart Melds with His Heart
My Love Melds with His Love
Practice as often as possible to transform your speech so that you help to uplift the frequency and vibration of yourself and others. Over time you may find that your speech is completely different and that people will feel happier and healthier by hearing your voice.
Today do the practice to transform your speech and write down your experiences. Also write down in your journal any insights on how you have harmed others with your speech. Remember from this day forward to observe yourself daily.
Love you. Love you. Love you.
