Soul Wellness: Day 06 Ouch. That Hurt! How to Transform Your Anger

In order to grow and develop your soul it is important to be able to transform your anger. Many people in their spiritual and physical journey will go through a purification process which allows them to transform their anger.

Anger is like a really powerful force that causes very BIG harm. There is a powerful saying that says “anger burns your good virtue.” This means if we work very hard to earn good karma, we can easily waste it with our anger.

You may have noticed that when you get angry your body gets very hot and vibrates. Anger causes your cells to vibrate very fast creating extra energy in your liver and throughout your body. Over a longer period of time the excess energy may block the energy channels and your body will begin to experience sickness.

Why is it important to transform your anger?

It is very important to transform your anger because it will transform to kindness. Kindness is one of the qualities of a saint or enlightened being. By transforming the energy of anger to kindness you can change your life and the lives of others in a positive way. In addition, your health will improve greatly.

How to you transform your anger?

Here is what I do when I feel frustrated or anger towards another person.

  • First, sit in a chair comfortably or in a meditation position.
  • Place your left hand over your Message Center (heart chakra) in the middle of your chest. Place your right hand in prayer position.
  • Then say, “Dear soul, mind and body of [name of person you are angry with], I love you. Please come in front of me. Thank you. I forgive you for any harm that you have caused me. Please forgive me if I have caused you any pain. Let us join hearts and souls together in love, peace and harmony. Thank you.”
  • Chant God’s Light, Divine Forgiveness or Love Peace and Harmony. Chant for 10-30 minutes.
  • Visualize the soul of your relationship being transformed and filled with love and light.
  • At the end of the practice say “Hao. Hao. Hao. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Gong Song. Gong Song. Gong Song.”

You can also talk to their soul and say for example “How can we better get along” or “How can we heal and transform our relationship.”

You may discover a great and simple way to heal the relationship. All souls want to have love, peace and harmony.

If we experience anger it’s because we have not been in the condition of love, peace and harmony in this life or past lives with those we are angry with.

By offering and receiving unconditional forgiveness you will be able to transform your anger to kindness. This practice will help to remove the blockages in your relationship and over time you may notice that it is more harmonious and filled with love.This practice can help you to create a Soul Healing Miracle in your relationships and to remove your anger.

Be patient, it can take sometimes a few days of practice or a few months or more.

People often to not realize that people they tend to get angry with a lot are people that they have shared many past lives with. You are learning lessons in this life to be able to forgive unconditionally.

The wounds may run very deep and be related to old past lives where you harmed each other. You may have curses, negative memories and personal karma in your relationship.

I recently met someone who had intense pain in their liver area and was experiencing sharp pain every time they were around the person they had anger issues with. I did a spiritual reading and discovered that the person experiencing pain had spiritual blockages connected with the person they were angry with.

The bad karma was from past lives where often these two people harmed each other very cruelly. The spiritual blockages were experienced as sharp pain in the liver area as if someone was stabbing their liver. Ouch!

Often, those we are angry with give us the opportunity to learn more about what is necessary to purify within us. So, the next time you get angry the best thing to say is “Thank You,” because you have an opportunity to purify.

By practicing forgiveness you will be able to self-clear the karma. You can also receive a Divine Karma Cleansing for your relationship by Master Sha or one of his Worldwide Representatives.

For today, write down the name of a person you tend to get angry with a lot and do a forgiveness practice for the next ten days.

Every day record your experience doing the practice. You can also ask your soul what types of blockages you have with the other person to learn more about your mistakes in past lives.

You may discover some wisdom and knowledge that will help you to grow further.

Although I’m not consciously aware of any immediate issue that needs addressing, I’m also aware that my soul is showing me there is work to be done, and wants me to take a closer look at this in my life today.     This topic is so relevant to my life because for the past week I have been doing this practice with someone who is very angry and resentful towards me. After two days, I started to feel more inner peace but tonight I started to feel inner joy and was doing soul dance during the practice. Master Sha says ‘Divine Forgiveness brings inner joy and inner peace’. This is so true. Thank you for this wonderful series and for the teachings.

What was different this time was that my whole body started to hurt as she got closer, and I literally started to shrink away from her. I stopped myself when I realized I was moving away since I was not in any danger. Thank you for shedding some light on this! I obviously had a part in whatever happened in the past. TYTYTYT

      If this happens again I recommend you chant Divine Love, and Divine Forgiveness. This will send the person love to melt the blockages between you.

What I am coming to terms with though is the following: in order to fully heal; within the forgiveness process…do we not also have to acknowledge and validate what we are feeling ie) anger, before we can move through it? I am just fearful that without this step the forgiveness process is incomplete? Can you clarify please and thanks.SM

      Yes, you want to acknowledge your anger. Your anger has a soul. It has a message for you in your life. You can for example ask the soul of your anger “Dear soul, mind and body of the soul of my anger, I love you. Can you please tell me what lesson I have to learn? What is the message that you have for me? Thank you.” By communicating with the soul of your anger you may discover some things that need transformation within you.
